What ages and skill levels do we train?

We now train ages 6-18 from beginner to elite! Players are grouped by level (Foundation, Academy, and Elite) with training sessions offered accordingly.

What is our signature Player 360° training system?

In collaboration with Premier League and EFL academy coaches, our Player 360° training system was designed to develop elite level soccer players with technical mastery and athletic ability that translates directly to the pitch. Players get 100s of touches per session with emphasis on dribbling and ball mastery, touch and control, passing and receiving, body feints and 1v1 ability, off the ball movements, pressure resistance, shooting and finishing. In addition, we also provide expert training on speed, agility, strength, power, and explosiveness.

Do I need to make a reservation or plan ahead?

No, not for our  Player 360° training sessions. These 75-minute circuit-based sessions are available 7 days a week for beginner to elite, and there is no need to make a reservation or plan ahead. Upon your arrival, you will check in with the coach or coaches on duty who will work you through the entire session. Additionally, you can start your session anytime during the training window, just be sure to give yourself enough time to finish. Click here for our current training calendar.

What about private and special training sessions?

In addition to our Player 360° training sessions, we also offer private and specialized training sessions that typically require an appointment or reservation. You can find more information about private and specialized training sessions below.

What should I wear and bring?

Flat sole or indoor turf shoes only, please. A water bottle is optional. Shin guards are not required for Player 360° Training Sessions.

No, you can purchase sessions one-at-a-time or select a monthly plan. You can find more information about options and pricing below.

Is there a long-term commitment for plans? 

No, you can downgrade or cancel your plan at the end of any billing period, and you can always reactivate at a future date without having to pay an activation fee again. Please submit the online form for membership change requests.

How do we train speed?

In the simplest terms, speed comes from hip flexion (upward motion) and hip extension (downward motion). To get faster, an athlete must produce more force in both directions. Our advanced speed program trains the muscles that produce this force while emphasizing the importance of proper mechanics and consistent exposures.

When should kids start strength training?

Contrary to popular myth, a carefully designed strength program can start at any age. For our younger athletes, we emphasize light resistance and proper technique, building a foundation of strength and explosiveness for the future.

Why do we care so much about hamstrings?

Apart from the obvious relationship to speed and explosiveness, studies show that youth soccer players exhibit strength imbalance of the hamstrings to quadriceps which limits overall performance and increases risk of injury. Good news is that targeted strength training can correct the imbalance.

How much training do we recommend?

For the most serious players, we recommend 4-5 days a week of training and/or games with periodic breaks to rest and recharge. Our flexible and cost effective training system allows you to stay consistent and manage your breaks with ease. As we like to say, when repetition becomes conviction, that's when the magic really starts to happen!

What does an Iron Pitch player look like?

With consistent training in our system, Iron Pitch players will stand out from their peers with technical mastery, physical robustness, and a springs in their feet. With the ability to twist and turn with the ball, and control the ball with precision in the air, our players can keep possession and resist the most relentless amount of defensive pressure. They constantly scan the field, move without the ball, and receive the ball with ease. With a loaded toolbox of feints and turns, they manipulate defenders, break lines, and create in the attack. In short, the Iron Pitch player is a complete 360° player who stands out on the pitch in all phases of the game.

The focus is on technique and repetition in this fast-paced session where players hone their ball striking and finishing skills with power and precision.

 

Take this add-on training session for $7 any day of the week.

 

Sessions are capped at the first six players to sign up on site.

PRIVATE TRAINING
(60-75 MINUTES)

Personalize your indoor private training sessions with an elite level trainers with emphasis on technical mastery and athletic ability that translates directly to the pitch.

 

Rates start at $50 per individual or $25 each for 2+ players. Rates may vary by trainer.

CLUB + TEAM TRAINING

Supplement your regular team or club training with our specialized technical and/or performance training either on-site or indoors at our facility.

The problem is not a lack of talent. The problem is structural. Throughout most of the world, there is a professional academy in every small town that invests in the development of local talent. Not so much in the USA. At least not yet.

First, we make a commitment to stop worrying so much about winning games and we start emphasizing technical skill and player development. Next, we mix in the speed and athleticism that American athletes are known for. ​
