What types of training do we offer?
We conduct a variety of indoor training sessions targeting all phases of the game. Our regular circuit training sessions consist of 6 stations lasting a total of 75 minutes. We also conduct a variety of specialized training sessions focused on different phases of player development.
What ages and skill levels do we train?
Our regular circuit training sessions are best suited for competitive-level soccer players ages 9+ who are serious about training. We also offer "emerging talent" sessions for ages 6-8 and older beginners a greater emphasis on fundamentals in a group training environment.
Do I need to schedule my training sessions?
Please give us a heads up when you are coming for your first session. After that, you can drop into an regular circuit training session any time during regular training hours. We are open 7 days a week and there is no need to schedule or plan ahead.
What shoes do I wear?
Indoor training shoes or sneakers only, please.
Do I need to be a member to train?
Yes, we are a members-only gym. You can select a monthly plan or a free guest membership from the options on our home page.
Do I need to schedule my training sessions?
Please let us know when you are coming in for your first session. After that, you can drop into a high energy training session any time during regular training hours. There is no need to schedule or plan ahead!
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. You can downgrade, pause, or cancel your membership at the end of any billing period. If you choose to pause your membership, we will convert your plan to a free guest membership so you can continue taking occasional sessions at the guest member price.
How do I make changes to my membership?
Please submit the online form for membership change requests.
How do we train speed?
In the simplest terms, speed comes from hip flexion (upward motion) and hip extension (downward motion). To get faster, an athlete must produce more force in both directions. Our advanced speed program trains the muscles that produce this force while emphasizing the importance of proper mechanics and consistent exposures.
When should kids start strength training?
Contrary to popular myth, a carefully designed strength program can start at any age. For our younger athletes, we emphasize light resistance and proper technique, building a foundation of strength for the future.
Why do we care so much about hamstrings?
Apart from the obvious relationship to speed and explosiveness, studies show that youth soccer players exhibit strength imbalance of the hamstrings to quadriceps which limits overall performance and increases risk of injury. Good news is that targeted strength training can correct the imbalance.

For older beginners and younger players ages 6-8 with enhanced instruction and emphasis on fundamentals in a group training environment.

SHOOTING + CROSSING
(30 MINUTES)
The focus is on technique and repetition in this fast-paced session where players hone their ball striking skills with power and precision.

(60 MINUTES)
Put your technical skills to work in this 60-minute creative session with light physical contact.
